A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Whiskey Gulch Spur Road and Mile 152.6 Sterling Highway; then southerly along the centerline of Sterling Highway to its intersection with Kutayfa Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of Kutayfa Avenue to its end; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of North Fork River tributary; then southwesterly along the thread of North Fork River tributary to its intersection with North Fork River; then easterly along the thread of North Fork River to its headwaters; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of the Anchor River feeder creek; then southeasterly along the thread of the Anchor River feeder creek to its intersection with the Anchor River; then southwesterly along the thread of Anchor River to its intersection with Twitter Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Twitter Creek to its intersection with an off road vehicular trail; then southerly along the centerline of the off road vehicular trail to the end of Rucksack Drive; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of an Anchor River feeder creek; then west along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of another Anchor River feeder creek; then northwesterly along the thread of that Anchor River feeder creek to a non-visible point due east of the intersection of Old Sterling Highway and Sterling Highway; then due west along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the intersection of Old Sterling Highway and Sterling Highway; then westerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to a non-visible point due north of the western shore of Lilly Lake; then due south along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the western shore of Lilly Lake; then due west along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the eastern shore of Cook Inlet; then northerly along the eastern shore of Cook Inlet to a non-visible point due west of the end of Whiskey Gulch Spur Road; then due east to the end of Whiskey Gulch Spur Road; then southerly along the centerline of Whiskey Gulch Spur Road to the point of beginning.
