A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the northern shoreline of Kenai River and Moose River; then southwesterly along the northern shoreline of Kenai River to a point due south of the end of Dan France Road; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the end of Dan France Road; then northerly along the centerline of Dan France Road to its intersection with Forest Lane; then northerly along the centerline of Forest Lane to its intersection with Sterling Highway; then easterly along the centerline of Sterling Highway to its intersection with Jim Dahler Road; then northerly along the centerline of Jim Dahler Road to its intersection with the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW; then westerly along the centerline of the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW to its intersection with Soldotna Creek; then northerly along the thread of Soldotna Creek to the northern shore of Sevena Lake; then westerly along the northern shore of Sevena Lake to its intersection with a service road leading to Sevena Lake; then northerly along the centerline of the service road to its northernmost point due west of Ciska Lake; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the intersection of the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary and the western shore of Cisca Lake; then easterly along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to its intersection with the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW; then northeasterly along the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW to its intersection with Burnt Island Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Burnt Island Creek to its intersection with the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary; then northeasterly and southerly along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to a non-visible point due west of the headwaters of Gold Gulch Creek; then due east along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Gold Gulch Creek; then easterly along the thread of Gold Gulch Creek to its intersection with Resurrection Creek; then southerly along the thread of Resurrection Creek to its intersection with Juneau Creek; then southerly along the thread of Juneau Creek to Juneau Lake; then southerly along the western shoreline of Juneau Lake to Juneau Creek; then southerly along the thread of Juneau Creek to its intersection with Slaughter Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Slaughter Creek to Trout Lake; then northwesterly along the northern shoreline of Trout Lake to Thurman Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Thurman Creek to its intersection with the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge and Wilderness boundary; then south along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge and Wilderness boundary to its intersection with Kenai River; then westerly and southerly along the thread of Kenai River to Skilak Lake; then southeasterly and westerly along the southern shoreline of Skilak Lake to the northern shore of Kenai River; then northwesterly along the northern shoreline of Kenai River to the point of beginning.
