A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the City of Kenai boundary and Mile 15 Kenai Spur Highway; then easterly along the City of Kenai boundary to its intersection with the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary; then easterly along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to its intersection with the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW; then northeasterly along the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW to its intersection with Burnt Island Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Burnt Island Creek to Chickaloon Bay; then north along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary; then northwesterly along the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary to a non-visible point due south of West Point on Fire Island; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary at Point Possession; then southwesterly along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to its intersection with Pipeline Road; then southwesterly along the centerline of Pipeline Road to its intersection with Bishop Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Bishop Creek to its intersection with Taurianen Trail; then westerly along the centerline of Taurianen Trail to its intersection with Halbouty Road; then northerly along the centerline of Halbouty Road to its intersection with Pipeline Road; then westerly along the centerline of Pipeline Road to its intersection with Rig Tenders Dock Road; then westerly along the centerline of Rig Tenders Dock Road to its end; then due west along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Cook Inlet; then southwesterly along the median of Cook Inlet to a non-visible point due west of the northwest corner of the City of Kenai boundary; then due east to the northwest corner of the City of Kenai boundary; then easterly along the City of Kenai boundary to the point of beginning.
