A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Whiskey Gulch Spur Road and Mile 152.6 Sterling Highway; then southerly along the centerline of Sterling Highway to its intersection with Kutayfa Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of Kutayfa Avenue to its end; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of North Fork River tributary; then southerly along the thread of North Fork River tributary to its intersection with North Fork River; then easterly along the thread of North Fork River to its headwaters; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of the western Anchor River feeder creek; then southeasterly along the thread of the western Anchor River feeder creek to its intersection with the Anchor River; then easterly along the thread of Anchor River to its intersection with the eastern Anchor River feeder creek; then northerly along the eastern Anchor River feeder creek to its headwaters; the easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Swift Creek; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Deep Creek Tributary; then northerly along the thread of Deep Creek Tributary to its intersection with Deep Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Deep Creek to its intersection with Cytex Creek; then easterly along the thread of Cytex Creek to its intersection with the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary; then southerly along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to its intersection with the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary; then east and north along the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary to a non-visible point due east of Tustumena Glacier; then westerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the northern edge of Tustumena Glacier; then northwesterly along the northern edge of Tustumena Glacier to Glacier Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Glacier Creek to Tustumena Lake; then northwesterly along the northern shoreline of Tustumena Lake to the headwaters of Kasilof River; then southwest along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to its intersection with the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary at Crooked Creek; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Ninilchik River; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the end of Falls Creek Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of Falls Creek Avenue to its intersection with Sterling Highway; then northerly along the centerline of Sterling Highway to its intersection with Corea Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Corea Creek to the eastern shore of Cook Inlet; then southerly along the eastern shoreline of Cook Inlet to its intersection with Whiskey Gulch Spur Road; then easterly along the centerline of Whiskey Gulch Spur Road to the point of beginning.
