A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the City of Soldotna boundary and Mile 1 Kenai Spur Highway; then northerly along the centerline of Kenai Spur Highway to its intersection with Gibson Boulevard; then northeasterly along the centerline of Gibson Boulevard to its intersection with the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW; then easterly along the centerline of the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW to its intersection with Moser Road; then north along the centerline of Moser Road to its intersection with Sports Lake Road; then west along the centerline of Sports Lake Road to its intersection with Kenai Spur Highway; then northerly along the centerline of Kenai Spur Highway to its intersection with the City of Kenai boundary; then northerly along the City of Kenai boundary to its intersection with the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary at a point due west of Carol Lake; then east along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to the western shore of Cisca Lake; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to its intersection with a service road leading to Sevena Lake; then southwesterly along the service road to the northern shore of Sevena Lake; then easterly along the northern shoreline of Sevena Lake to the headwaters of Soldotna Creek; then southerly along the thread of Soldotna Creek to its intersection with the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW; then easterly along the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW to its intersection with Jim Dahler Road; then southerly along the centerline of Jim Dahler Road to its intersection with Sterling Highway; then westerly along the centerline of Sterling Highway to its intersection with Forest Lane; then southerly along the centerline of Forest Lane to its intersection with Dan France Road; then southerly along the centerline of Dan France Road to its end; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the northern shore of Kenai River; then westerly along the northern shoreline of Kenai River to its intersection with the City of Soldotna boundary; then north and westerly along the City of Soldotna boundary to the point of beginning.
