A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Coal Creek and Mile 106 Sterling Highway; then westerly along the thread of Coal Creek to its intersection with Kalifornsky Beach Road; then northerly along the centerline of Kalifornsky Beach Road to its intersection with Kasilof Beach Stub; then westerly along the centerline of Kasilof Beach Stub to its intersection with the shoreline of Cook Inlet; then southerly along the eastern shoreline of Cook Inlet to the mouth of Corea Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Corea Creek to its intersection with Sterling Highway; then southerly along the centerline of Sterling Highway to its intersection with Falls Creek Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of Falls Creek Avenue to its end; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Ninilchik River; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary at Crooked Creek; then northeasterly along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to the shore of Tustumena Lake; then northwesterly along the shoreline of Tustumena Lake to its intersection with the northern shore of Kasilof River; then northerly along the shoreline of Kasilof River to its intersection with the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary at a point due west of Raven Lake; then east and north along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to its intersection with Coal Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Coal Creek to the point of beginning.
