A portion of the Kenai Borough described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Coal Creek and Mile 106 Sterling Highway; then northerly along the centerline of Sterling Highway to its intersection with Slikok Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Slikok Creek to its intersection with Evelyn Lane; then west along the centerline of Evelyn Lane to its intersection with Echo Lake Road; then north along the centerline of Echo Lake Road to its intersection with Gas Well Road; then east along the centerline of Gas Well Road to its intersection with the City of Soldotna boundary; then east along the City of Soldotna boundary to its intersection with the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary at Ski Hill Road; then east along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to its intersection with the City of Soldotna boundary; then east and northerly along the City of Soldotna boundary to its intersection with the northern shoreline of Kenai River; then easterly along the northern shoreline of Kenai River to its intersection with Skilak Lake; then south along a non-visible point-to-point line extending across Kenai River to the southern shore of Skilak Lake; then easterly along the southern shoreline of Skilak Lake to Kenai River; then northeasterly along the thread of Kenai River to its intersection with the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge and Wilderness boundary; then southeasterly along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge and Wilderness boundary to its intersection with the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary; then westerly and southerly along the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary to a non-visible point due east of Tustumena Glacier; then westerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the northern edge of Tustumena Glacier; then northwesterly along the northern edge of Tustumena Glacier to Glacier Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Glacier Creek to Tustumena Lake; then northwesterly along the northern shoreline of Tustumena Lake to Kasilof River; then northerly along the north shoreline of Kasilof River to its intersection with Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary at a point due west of Raven Lake; then east and north along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to its intersection with Coal Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Coal Creek to the point of beginning.
