Beginning at the intersection of 140th Avenue and DeArmoun Road; then southeasterly along the centerline of DeArmoun Road to its intersection with Griffen Road; then easterly along the centerline of Griffen Road to its intersection with Birch Road; then northerly along the centerline of Birch Road to its intersection with West Tree Drive; then northeasterly and southeasterly along the centerline of West Tree Drive to its intersection with Lone Tree Drive; then southerly and westerly along the centerline of Lone Tree Drive to its intersection with Main Tree Drive; then southerly along the centerline of Main Tree Drive to its intersection with O'Malley Road; then easterly along the centerline of O'Malley Road to its intersection with Hillside Drive; then southeasterly and southerly along the centerline of Hillside Drive to its intersection with Rabbit Creek Road; then southeasterly along the centerline of Rabbit Creek Road to its intersection with Old Rabbit Creek Road; then southerly and westerly along the centerline of Old Rabbit Creek Road to its intersection with Rabbit Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Rabbit Creek to its intersection with E. 140th Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of 140th Avenue to the point of beginning.
