Beginning at the intersection of Furrow Creek and Johns Road; then northerly along the centerline of Johns Road to its intersection with Mariner Drive; then easterly along the centerline of Mariner Drive to its intersection with Furrow Creek; then easterly along the thread of Furrow Creek to its intersection with the Alaska Railroad; then southeasterly along the Alaska Railroad to its intersection with Oceanview Drive; then easterly and southerly along the centerline of Oceanview Drive to its intersection with Old Seward Highway; then southeasterly along the centerline of Old Seward Highway to its intersection with DeArmoun Road; then easterly along the centerline of DeArmoun Road to its intersection with New Seward Highway; then southerly along the centerline of New Seward Highway to its intersection with Little Rabbit Creek; then westerly along the thread of Little Rabbit Creek to its mouth at the Turnagain Arm shoreline; then southeasterly along the Turnagain Arm shoreline to the Chugiak State Park boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the Municipality of Anchorage boundary; then southerly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the Municipality of Anchorage boundary; then northwesterly along the Municipality of Anchorage boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the mouth of Furrow Creek; then northerly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with mouth of Furrow Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Furrow Creek to the point of beginning.
