Beginning at the intersection of W. 84th Avenue and Jewel Lake Road; then northerly along the centerline of Jewel Lake Road to its intersection with Strawberry Road; then easterly along the centerline of Strawberry Road to its intersection with Lotus Drive; then southerly along the centerline of Lotus Drive to its intersection with W. 77th Court; then westerly along the centerline of W. 77th Court to its intersection with Ascot Street; then southerly along the centerline of Ascot Street to its intersection with the Pamela Joy Lowry Memorial Park boundary; then westerly and southerly along the Pamela Joy Lowry Memorial Park boundary to its intersection with Arlene Street; then southerly along the centerline of Arlene Street to its intersection with W. 84th Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of W. 84th Avenue to its intersection with Wisteria Street; then northerly along the centerline of Wisteria Street to its intersection with Pleasant Drive; then northwesterly and southwesterly along the centerline of Pleasant Drive to its intersection with Dewberry Street; then southeasterly along the centerline of Dewberry Street to its intersection with W. 84th Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of W. 84th Avenue to the point of beginning.
