Beginning at the intersection of the Knik Arm shoreline and the non-visible extended centerline of W. 9th Avenue; then easterly along the non-visible extended centerline of W. 9th Avenue to its intersection with W. 9th Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of W. 9th Avenue to its intersection with P Street; then southerly along the centerline of P Street to its intersection with W. 11th Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of W. 11th Avenue to its intersection with L Street; then southerly along the centerline of L Street to its intersection with Minnesota Drive; then southwesterly along the centerline of Minnesota Drive to its intersection with Chester Creek; then easterly along the thread of Chester Creek to its intersection with Westchester Lagoon shoreline; then northwesterly along the southern shoreline of Westchester Lagoon to its intersection with Chester Creek; then northwesterly along Chester Creek to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the Municipality of Anchorage boundary; then northwesterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the Municipality of Anchorage boundary; then southeasterly along the Municipality of Anchorage boundary to its intersection with the Knik Arm shoreline; then southwesterly along the Knik Arm shoreline to the point of beginning.
