Beginning at the intersection of Chester Creek and Minnesota Drive; then northeasterly along the centerline of Minnesota Drive to its intersection with L Street; then northerly along the centerline of L Street to its intersection with W. 13th Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of W. 13th Avenue to its intersection with E Street; then southerly along the centerline of E Street to its intersection with W. 15th Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of W. 15th Avenue to its intersection with C Street; then southerly along the centerline of C Street to its intersection with Chester Creek; then northwesterly and southwesterly along the thread of Chester Creek to its intersection with Westchester Lake; then southwesterly through Westchester Lake to its intersection with Chester Creek; then westerly along the thread of Chester Creek to the point of beginning.
