Beginning at the intersection of Chester Creek and C Street; then northerly along the centerline of C Street to its intersection with W. 9th Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of W. 9th Avenue to its intersection with E. 9th Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of E. 9th Avenue to its intersection with Eagle Street; then southerly along the centerline of Eagle Street to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of Eagle Street; then southerly along the non-visible extended centerline of Eagle Street to its intersection with Eagle Street; then southerly along the centerline of Eagle Street to its intersection with E. 15th Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of E. 15th Avenue to its intersection with Gambell Street; then southeasterly along the centerline of Gambell Street to its intersection with Chester Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Chester Creek to the point of beginning.
