Beginning at the intersection of W. 11th Avenue and P Street; then northerly along the centerline of P Street to its intersection with W. 9th Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of W. 9th Avenue to its intersection with C Street; then southerly along the centerline of C Street to its intersection with W. 15th Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of W. 15th Avenue to its intersection with E Street; then northerly along the centerline of E Street to its intersection with W. 13th Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of W. 13th Avenue to its intersection with L Street; then northerly along the centerline of L Street to its intersection with W. 11th Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of W. 11th Avenue to the point of beginning.
