Beginning at the intersection of W. 9th Avenue and H Street; then northerly along the centerline of H Street to its intersection with W. 3rd Avenue; then easterly along the centerline the W. 3rd to its intersection with C Street; then northerly along the centerline of C Street to its intersection with Ship Creek; then easterly along the thread of Ship Creek to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from Ingra Street; then southerly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with Ingra Street; then southeasterly and southerly along the centerline of Ingra Street to its intersection with E. 3rd Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of E. 3rd Avenue to its intersection with Gambell Street; then southerly along the centerline of Gambell Street to its intersection with E. 9th Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of E. 9th Avenue to its intersection with W. 9th Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of W. 9th Avenue to the point of beginning.
