Beginning at the intersection of Access Road and the non-visible extended centerline of Patterson Street; then northerly along the non-visible extended centerline of Patterson Street to its intersection with the Fort Richardson Military Reservation boundary; then northerly and easterly along the Fort Richardson Military Reservation boundary to its intersection with Glenn Highway; then southwesterly along the centerline of Glenn Highway to its intersection with the Centennial Park boundary; then southerly along the Centennial Park boundary to its intersection with Boundary Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of Boundary Avenue to its intersection with Muldoon Road; then southerly along the centerline of Muldoon Road to its intersection with Duben Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of Duben Avenue to its intersection with Oklahoma Street; then northerly along the centerline of Oklahoma Street to its intersection with Access Road; then westerly along the centerline of Access Road to the point of beginning.
