(a) Beginning at the intersection of the Kink Arm shoreline and the mouth of Ship Creek at a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the Municipality of Anchorage boundary; then northwesterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the Municipality of Anchorage boundary; then northeasterly along the Municipality of Anchorage boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the Elmendorf Air Force Base boundary north of Tidewater Road; then southeasterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the Elmendorf Air Force Base boundary; then southerly and westerly along the Elmendorf Air Force Base boundary to its intersection with Ocean Dock Road; then southerly along the centerline of Ocean Dock Road to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the Knik Arm shoreline north of Western Avenue; then westerly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the Knik Arm shoreline; then southwesterly along the Knik Arm shoreline to the point of beginning.
(b) Beginning at the intersection of E Bluff Drive and Elmendorf Air Force Base boundary at the approximate intersection with Erickson Street; then following the Elmendorf Air Force Base boundary southeasterly and northeasterly to its intersection with the Alaska Railroad north of Reeve Boulevard; then southwesterly along the Alaska Railroad to its intersection with E. Loop Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of E. Loop Road to its intersection with E. Bluff Drive; then westerly along the centerline of E. Bluff Drive to the point of beginning.
