Beginning at the intersection of a non-visible point-to-point line northeast of E. Depriest Avenue and the west bank of the Matanuska River; then northwesterly and northeasterly along the west bank of the Matanuska River to its intersection with Carpenter Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Carpenter Creek to its headwaters at a non-visible point-to-point line extending from Glacier "7190"; then southwesterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with Glacier "7190" and a non-visible extended centerline of a natural mountain ridge; then southwesterly and northwesterly along the natural mountain ridge to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from an unnamed stream that drains into Jim Lake; then southwesterly along the non-visible point-to-point to its intersection with the unnamed stream; then southwesterly along the thread of the unnamed stream to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the east bank of the Matanuska River north of Burkholder Lake; then westerly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the Matanuska River at a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the west bank of the Matanuska River northeast of E. Depriest Avenue; then westerly along the non-visible point-to-point line to the point of beginning.
