Beginning at the intersection of Lucile Creek and W. Big Lake Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of W. Big Lake Road to its intersection with the City of Houston boundary; then following the southern and eastern boundary of the City of Houston to its intersection with the winter trail at the northern boundary of the City of Houston; then northeasterly along the winter trail to its intersection with Deception Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Deception Creek to its intersection with a non-visible point to point line extending from Bald Mountain Ridge; then northeasterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with Bald Mountain Ridge; then northeasterly along Bald Mountain Ridge to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from an unnamed stream east of Bench Lake; then southwesterly along the non-visible point to point line to its intersection with the unnamed stream; then southerly along the thread of the unnamed stream to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the south bank of Little Susitna River; then southwesterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the south bank of Little Susitna River; then easterly along the south bank of the Little Susitna River to its intersection with the extended centerline of N. Wisdom Lane; then southerly along the centerline of N. Wisdom Lane to its intersection with the non-visible centerline of W. Flying Crown Drive; then easterly along the non-visible centerline of W. Flying Crown Drive to its intersection with N. Pittman Road; then southerly and southwesterly along the centerline of N. Pittman Road to its intersection with S. Sylvan Road; then southerly along the centerline of S.
