Beginning at the intersection of S. Fern Street and the southern City of Wasilla boundary; then following the southern and western boundary of the City of Wasilla to its intersection with W. Museum Drive; then easterly along the centerline of W. Museum Drive to its intersection with the western City of Wasilla boundary; then following thew western and northern boundary of the City of Wasilla to its intersection with N. Lucille Street; then southerly along the centerline of N. Lucille Street to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of N. Lucille Street; then southerly along the non-visible extended centerline of N. Lucille Street to its intersection with S. Fern Street; then southerly along the centerline of S. Fern Street to the point of beginning.
