(a) Beginning at the intersection of the City of Wasilla boundary and the non-visible extended centerline of E. Spruce Avenue; then easterly along the non-visible extended centerline of E. Spruce Avenue to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of E. Escondido Avenue; then easterly along the non-visible extended centerline of E. Escondido Avenue to its intersection with E. Escondido Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of E. Escondido Avenue to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of E. Escondido Avenue; then easterly along the non-visible extended centerline of E. Escondido Avenue to its intersection with N. Seward Meridian Parkway; then southerly along the N. Seward Meridian Parkway to its intersection with the City of Wasilla boundary; then westerly, southerly, and northerly along the City of Wasilla boundary to the point of beginning.

(b) Beginning at the intersection of E. Fairview Loop and S. Cotten Drive; then northerly along the centerline of S. Cotten Drive to its intersection with the City of Wasilla boundary; then easterly and northerly along the City of Wasilla boundary to its intersection with the Alaska Railroad; then southeasterly along the centerline of the Alaska Railroad to its intersection with E. Fairview Loop Road; then southerly and southwesterly along the centerline of E. Fairview Loop Road to the point of beginning.
