Beginning at the intersection of Lakloey Road and Bradway Road; then easterly along the centerline of Bradway Road to its intersection with Milo Street; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to Holmes Road; then easterly along the centerline of Holmes Road to its intersection with Peede Road; then easterly along the centerline of Peede Road to its intersection with Brock Road; then southerly along the centerline of Brock Road to Chena Slough; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the non-visible centerline of Peridot Street; then southerly along the centerline of Peridot Street to the City of North Pole boundary; then westerly, northerly, and southerly along the City of North Pole boundary to Tanana River; then southeasterly along the thread of Tanana River to the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary; then northwesterly along the Fort Wainwright Military boundary to the Flood Control Levee; then southeasterly along the Flood Control Levee to a non-visible extended centerline of Rozak Road; then northerly along the centerline of Rozak Road to its intersection with Old Richardson Highway; then northwesterly along the centerline of Old Richardson Highway to its intersection with Durango Trail; then northeasterly along the centerline of Durango Trail to its intersection with the Alaska Railroad right-of-way; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the point of beginning.
