Beginning at the intersection of Michael Lane and Canoro Road; then south along the centerline of Canoro Road to its intersection with Old Badger Road; then westerly along the centerline of Old Badger Road to its intersection with Lincolnwood Drive; then southerly along the centerline of Lincolnwood Drive to its intersection with Redmond Avenue; then southeasterly along the centerline of Redmond Avenue to its intersection with Calabash Drive; then easterly along the centerline of Calabash Drive to its intersection with Baskerville Street; then south along the centerline of Baskerville Street to its intersection with Doyle Drive; then westerly and southerly along the centerline of Doyle Drive to its intersection with Holmes Road; then westerly along the centerline of Holmes Road to its intersection with Lakloey Drive; then southerly along the centerline of Lakloey Drive and continuing southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the intersection of the Alaska Railroad right-of-way and Durango Trail; then southwesterly along the centerline of Durango Trail to its intersection with Old Richardson Highway; then southeasterly along the centerline of Old Richardson Highway to its intersection with Rozak Road; then southerly along the centerline of Rozak Road and its non-visible extended centerline to the Flood Control Levee; then northwesterly along the Flood Control Levee to the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary; then northerly along the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary to Chena River; then northeasterly along the south shore of Chena River to the non-visible extended centerline of Michael Lane; then southeasterly along the centerline of Michael Lane to the point of beginning.
