6 AAC 110.365. Fort Wainwright Precinct

Beginning at the northern intersection of the City of Fairbanks boundary and the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary; then southerly along the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary to its intersection with an alley south of Lignite Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of the alley and its non-visible extended centerline to Chena River; then northwesterly along the western shore of Chena River to its intersection with the Steese Highway Bridge; then southerly along the centerline of Steese Highway to its intersection with Richardson Highway; then continuing southerly along the centerline of Richardson Highway to its intersection with the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary; then easterly and southerly following the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary to its intersection with the Tanana River; then easterly and southerly along the northern shore of the Tanana River to its intersection with the southernmost City of Fairbanks boundary; then northerly and westerly following the City of Fairbanks boundary to the point of beginning.
