Beginning at the intersection of Airport Way and University Avenue; then southerly along the centerline of University Avenue, along the City of Fairbanks boundary, to its intersection with 19th Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of 19th Avenue to its intersection with Hill Road; then southerly along the centerline of Hill Road to its intersection with Davis Road; then easterly along the centerline of Davis Road to its intersection with Peger Road; then northerly along the centerline of Peger Road to its intersection with an unnamed stream; then northeasterly along the thread of the unnamed stream to its intersection with Eagan Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of Eagan Avenue to its intersection with Moore Street; then northerly along the centerline of Moore Street to its intersection with Airport Way; then westerly along the centerline of Airport Way to the point of beginning.
