Beginning at the intersection of Chena River and Noyes Slough; then northeasterly along the thread of Noyes Slough to Sandvik Street; then westerly along the centerline of Sandvik Street to its intersection with University Avenue; then northerly along the centerline of University Avenue to its intersection with the Alaska Railroad right-of-way; then northwesterly along the centerline of the Alaska Railroad right-of-way to its intersection with Happy Creek; then southerly along the thread of Happy Creek to its intersection with Cripple Creek; then southerly along the thread of Cripple Creek to its intersection with Chena Ridge Spur Road; then westerly along the centerline of Chena Ridge Spur Road to its intersection with Parks Highway; then southeasterly along the centerline of Parks Highway to Chena River; then southeasterly along the southern shore of Chena River to its intersection with University Avenue; then northerly along the centerline of University Avenue to its intersection with the northern shore of Chena River; then easterly along the northern shore of Chena River to the point of beginning.
