Editor's note: Effective 3/15/96, Seward Precinct No. 1 at 6 AAC 108.051 and Seward Precinct No. 2 at 6 AAC 108.081 were combined by emergency regulation to form Seward Precinct at 6 AAC 108.051. The emergency regulation was repealed under AS 44.62.250 .
