Beginning at intersection of Little Chena River and Anaconda Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Anaconda Creek to its headwaters; then southeasterly to the headwaters of Angel Creek; then northeasterly to Chena Dome; then westerly to the headwaters of Chena Dome Runoff Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Chena Dome Runoff Creek to its intersection with Little Chena River; then northerly to the headwaters; then northwesterly to the headwaters of Smith Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Smith Creek to its intersection with Pool Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Pool Creek to its headwaters and continuing northeasterly to the Fairbanks North Star Borough boundary; then northerly and westerly along the Fairbanks North Star Borough boundary to a point south of Trail Creek; then southeasterly to Poker Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Poker Creek to its intersection with Chatanika River; then southwesterly along the thread of Chatanika River to its intersection with Little Eldorado Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Little Eldorado Creek to its intersection with an unnamed road; then southeasterly along the centerline of the unnamed road to its intersection with Steese Highway; then northeasterly along the centerline of Steese Highway to the Glacier Valley Electric Association (GVEA) Power Line; then southeasterly along the GVEA Power Line to Fairbanks Creek; then easterly and southerly along the thread of Fairbanks Creek to its intersection with Deep Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Deep Creek to its intersection with Fish Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Fish Creek to its intersection with Miller Creek; then southerly along the thread of Miller Creek to its intersection with Little Chena River; then southwesterly along the thread of Little Chena River to the point of beginning.
