Beginning at the intersection of Granite Creek and the Yukon Koyukuk School District boundary; then southeasterly along the Yukon Koyukuk School District boundary to the Fairbanks North Star Borough boundary; then southerly along the Fairbanks North Star Borough boundary to its intersection with the Alaska Railroad right-of-way; then southwesterly along the Alaska Railroad right-of-way to its intersection with a sled road, south of Goldstream Creek; then northwesterly along the centerline of the sled road to its intersection with the Fairbanks Sled Road; then northwesterly along the centerline of the Fairbanks Sled Road to a sled road; then southerly along the sled road to its intersection with the Tanana River; then southwesterly along the thread of the Tanana River to its intersection with the Kantishna River; then southwesterly along the thread of the Kantishna River to its intersection with the Denali Borough boundary; then westerly along the Denali Borough boundary and continuing along a non-visible point-to-point line to Wien Lake; then southwesterly along the eastern shoreline of Wien Lake to its intersection with an unnamed stream; then westerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the headwaters of North Fork Kuskokwim River; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the headwaters of Zitziana River; then westerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the headwaters of Cosna River; then northeasterly along the thread of Cosna River to its intersection with the Tanana River; then northwesterly along the western shoreline of Tanana River to a non-visible point, west of Fish Creek Island; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the northernmost point of Fish Creek Island; then southeasterly along the eastern shoreline of Fish Creek Island to a non-visible point, west of Fish Creek; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to Fish Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Fish Creek to its intersection with Fish Lake; then northwesterly along the western shoreline of Fish Lake to its intersection with Boulder Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Boulder Creek to its headwaters; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the headwaters of Sandusky Creek; then northerly along the thread of Sandusky Creek to Stevens Creek; then easterly along the thread of Stevens Creek to its intersection with Orum Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Orum Creek to its headwaters; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the headwaters of Wolverine Creek; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the headwaters of Granite Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Granite Creek to the point of beginning, excluding all the area within the Minto precinct, described at 6 AAC 106.615.
