Beginning at the mouth of Harris River on the shore of Twelvemile Arm; then northwesterly along the thread of Harris River to its headwaters; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Pin Peak; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the southern shore of Black Bear Lake; then northerly along the eastern shore of Black Bear Lake to a linking creek on the northern shore of Black Bear Lake; then northerly along the thread of the linking creek to the southern shore of Black Lake; then northerly along the eastern shoreline of Black Lake to a linking creek that drains into Big Salt Lake; then northerly along the thread of the linking creek to its intersection with Big Salt Road; then northerly along the centerline of Big Salt Road to its intersection with North Island Road; then northwesterly along the centerline of North Island Road to its intersection with National Forest Development Road 2050; then northwesterly along the centerline of National Forest Development Road 2050 to its intersection with Staney Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Staney Creek to its mouth; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Tuxekan Passage; then southwesterly along the median of Tuxekan Passage to its intersection with the median of Tanowek Narrows; then southwesterly along the median of Tanowek Narrows to its intersection with the median of Tanowek Bay; then southwesterly along the median of Tanowek Bay to its intersection with the median of Bocas de Finas; then northwesterly along the median of Bocas de Finas to its intersection with the median of Iphigenia Bay; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to a non-visible point due south of Cape Bartolome, including the Mourelle, Noyes, Lulu and Baker Islands; then northeasterly along the median of Iphigenia Bay to its intersection with the median of Bucareli Bay; then northeasterly along the median of Bucareli Bay to its intersection with the median of Trocadero Bay; then southeasterly along the median of Trocadero Bay to the head of Trocadero Bay, including Madre de Dios and Ladrones Islands; then easterly along the centerline of a foot trail at the head of the bay to its intersection with National Forest Development Road 21; then easterly along the centerline of National Forest Development Road 21 to its intersection with Twelvemile Creek; then northerly along the thread of Twelvemile Creek to Twelvemile Arm; then northerly along the western shoreline of Twelvemile Arm to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Klawock.
