Beginning at the intersection of the City and Borough of Yakutat boundary and Mount Fairweather Boundary Peak 164 on the United States-Canadian International boundary; then southwesterly along the City and Borough of Yakutat boundary to its intersection with the National Park boundary in the Gulf of Alaska; then southeasterly along the National Park boundary to its intersection with the median of North Inian Pass; then easterly along the median of North Inian Pass to its intersection with the median of North Passage, excluding the Inian Islands; then easterly along the median of North Passage, excluding Lemesurier Island, to its intersection with the median of Icy Strait, including Pleasant Island; then southeasterly along the median of Icy Strait to its intersection with the Haines Borough boundary south of Excursion Inlet; then northerly along the Haines Borough boundary, through Excursion Inlet to its intersection with the United States-Canada International boundary at Mount Harris; then southwesterly along the United States-Canada International boundary to the point of beginning, including the community of Gustavus.
