A portion of the City and Borough of Juneau described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Montana Creek and Mendenhall Loop Road; then southerly along the thread of Montana Creek to its intersection with Mendenhall River; then northerly along the thread of Mendenhall River to its intersection with Mendenhall Loop Road; then easterly along the centerline of Mendenhall Loop Road to its intersection with Glacier Spur Road; then southerly along the centerline of Mendenhall Loop Road to its intersection with Valley Boulevard; then easterly along the centerline of Valley Boulevard to its end; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point extended centerline of Valley Boulevard to the headwaters of Steep Creek; then northerly along the thread of Steep Creek to its intersection with Glacier Spur Road; then northerly along the centerline of Glacier Spur Road to its end; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the southern shore of Mendenhall Lake; then northerly along the north shoreline of Mendenhall Lake to the western edge of Mendenhall Glacier; then northerly along the western edge of Mendenhall Glacier to a non-visible point due east of the headwaters of McGinnis Creek; then due west along a non-visible point-to-point line to the headwaters of McGinnis Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of McGinnis Creek to its intersection with Montana Creek; then southerly along the thread of Montana Creek to the point of beginning.
