A portion of the City and Borough of Juneau described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Douglas Highway and Lawson Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Lawson Creek to its mouth; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Gastineau Channel; then northwesterly along the median of Gastineau Channel to its intersection with the Juneau-Douglas Bridge; then southwesterly along the Juneau-Douglas Bridge to its intersection with the northern shore of Douglas Island; then northwesterly along the shoreline of Douglas Island to its intersection with the mouth of Kowee Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Kowee Creek to its intersection with Treadwell Ditch Trail; then easterly and southerly along the centerline of Treadwell Ditch Trail to its intersection with Lawson Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Lawson Creek to the point of beginning.
