Beginning at the intersection of the northeast corner of the City of Kupreanof boundary and the City of Petersburg boundary in Wrangell Narrows; then southeasterly along the City of Petersburg boundary to its southeastern corner; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Dry Strait; then southerly along the median of Dry Strait to a non-visible point due east of Blaquiere Point; then due southwest along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Sumner Strait, excluding Rynda, Sokolof and Vank Islands; then southwesterly along the median of Sumner Strait to a non-visible point due south of Coronation Island; then westerly and northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Chatham Strait; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the City and Borough of Sitka boundary and its intersection with the southwest corner of the City of Port Alexander boundary; then east and north along the City of Port Alexander boundary, excluding the City of Port Alexander, to its intersection with the City and Borough of Sitka boundary; then northerly along the City and Borough of Sitka boundary in the median of Chatham Strait to a non-visible point due west of Tebenkof Bay; then east along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Tebenkof Bay; then southeasterly along the median of Tebenkof Bay to the mouth of Alecks Creek on Kuiu Island; then northerly along the thread of Alecks Creek to the western shore of Alecks Lake; then northerly along the south shoreline of Alecks Lake to its northeastern shore; then southeast along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the head of No Name Bay; then easterly along the median of No Name Bay to its intersection with the median of Keku Strait; then northerly along the median of Keku Strait to a non-visible point due west of Tunehean Creek; then east along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the mouth of Tunehean Creek; then northerly along the eastern shoreline of Keku Strait to the mouth of Keku Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Keku Creek to its headwaters; then south along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Castle River; then easterly along the thread of Castle River to Duncan Canal; then northerly along the western shoreline of Duncan Canal to the mouth of Taylor Creek; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the southern tip of the eastern shore of Towers Arm in Duncan Canal; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the southern tip of the eastern shore of Northern Arm; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the mouth of Duncan Creek; then easterly along the thread of Duncan Creek to its intersection with Duncan Canal Portage Trail; then easterly along the centerline of Duncan Canal Portage Trail to its intersection with Coho Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Coho Creek to its intersection with the City of Kupreanof boundary; then northeasterly along the City of Kupreanof boundary to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Kupreanof and the City of Petersburg, and excluding all that area within the boundaries of the City of Port Alexander.
