A portion of the City and Borough of Sitka described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Kogwonton Street and Katlian Street; then northwesterly along the centerline of Katlian Street to its intersection with Kirkman Way; then northerly along the centerline of Kirkman Way to its end; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the southwest end of New Archangel Street; then northerly along the centerline of New Archangel Street to its intersection with Halibut Point Road; then northeast along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the southwest shore of Swan Lake; then northerly along the western shoreline of Swan Lake to its northern tip; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Lake Street; then northerly along the centerline of Lake Street to its end; then north along a non-visible point-to-point extended centerline of Lake Street to its intersection with the Tongass National Forest boundary; then easterly along the National Forest boundary to its intersection with Indian River; then southerly along the thread of Indian River to its mouth; then southerly and northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line through Eastern Channel, including Twin, Gilmore, Galankin, Bamdoroshni, Whale, Kayak and Passage Islands, to its intersection with Makhnati Rock; then northwesterly and northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to a non-visible point just north of Garanski Island, including Japonski, Line, Battery, Apple, Parker Group, Neva, Kasiana, Halibut, and Crow Islands; then southeast along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Western Channel; then southeasterly along the median of Western Channel to its intersection with the median of Sitka Channel; then southeasterly along the median of Sitka Channel to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point extended centerline of Kogwonton Street; then northeasterly along the non-visible point-to-point extended centerline of Kogwonton Street to the point of beginning.
