A portion of the City of Ketchikan described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Mile 5.8 North Tongass Highway and the City of Ketchikan boundary; then southeasterly along the City of Ketchikan boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point extended centerline of Carlanna Lake Road; then southerly along the non-visible point-to-point extended centerline of Carlanna Lake Road to its intersection with Carlanna Lake Road; then southerly along the centerline of Carlanna Lake Road to its intersection with Tongass Avenue; then southeasterly along the centerline of Tongass Avenue to its intersection with the western shoreline of Hoadley Creek; then southerly along the western shoreline of Hoadley Creek to its mouth; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the City of Ketchikan boundary in Tongass Narrows; then northwesterly along the City of Ketchikan boundary to the point of beginning.
