A portion of the City of Ketchikan described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Water Street and Chapman Street; then easterly along the centerline of Water Street to its intersection with Schoenbar Road; then northerly along the centerline of Schoenbar Road to its intersection with Forest Avenue; then northerly, easterly, and then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point extended centerline of Forest Avenue to its intersection with the City of Ketchikan boundary; then northeasterly, westerly, and then southerly along the City of Ketchikan boundary to its intersection with the median of Tongass Narrows; then northwesterly along the City of Ketchikan boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point extended centerline of Chapman Street; then northerly along the non-visible point-to-point extended centerline of Chapman Street to the point of beginning.
