The Redistricting Board established the House election districts of the state by issuing the board's Proclamation of Redistricting on June 18, 2001 as amended by its Proclamation of Redistricting dated April 25, 2002 and separate reports to accompany those proclamations.
(b) The boundaries of the House election districts of the state are depicted on maps approved and adopted by the Redistricting Board in preparing its April 25, 2002 Proclamation of Redistricting. Each election district is also described in narrative form in the board's Description of Revised Final Plan House Districts, prepared May 2002. To the extent any inconsistency may arise between the maps and the narrative regarding the proper location of the boundary of any election district, the division of elections will rely on the boundary locations depicted on the maps approved and adopted by the board.
