(a) A registration under 6 AAC 91.010 is valid for 12 months or the remaining term of the person's authorization satisfying the requirement of 6 AAC 91.010(b) (1), whichever is less.
(b) A person registered under this chapter may apply to the lieutenant governor for renewal of registration. A renewal application must
(1) be on a form provided by, or in a format specified by, the lieutenant governor;
(2) provide information that will allow the lieutenant governor to verify that the applicant continues to meet the requirements for registration in 6 AAC 91.010; and
(3) be submitted to the lieutenant governor no later than 30 days before expiration of the current registration.
(c) The lieutenant governor will renew a registration if the requirements of (b) of this section are met and if the lieutenant governor determines that the applicant continues to meet the requirements of 6 AAC 91.010.
