Section 100. Repayment of grants

6 AAC 40.100. Repayment of grants

If funding for a program is, in whole or in part, restored or obtained from another federal or nonfederal source, the grantee shall, within 30 days, repay to the state an amount equal to the amount of funding restored or obtained, with interest earned on the grant funds, if any, while in the possession or control of the grantee.
