(a) Within 30 days after closing a case under 6 AAC 30.330(a) , the commission's staff, on their own motion or upon receipt of a party's motion for good cause shown, may reopen any case and take appropriate action.
(b) The hearing commissioners may on their own motion, or upon motion for good cause shown, reopen any case which was closed under 6 AAC 30.480 and take appropriate action. A petition reopening a case must be made within 30 days after the final order is mailed to the moving party.
