(a) The records specified in 6 AAC 30.810 - 6 AAC 30.830 must be maintained for inspection and copying by the commission for at least two years after the record is made.
(b) In addition to the requirement in (a) of this section, a respondent must maintain the records of a person who has filed a complaint with the commission, or records of a class of persons named in a complaint filed with the commission, and the records of persons or classes in similar or related circumstances until final disposition of the complaint by the commission.
