The commission strongly encourages informality and cooperation between parties in the discovery process. The parties shall attempt, in good faith, to engage in voluntary discovery and to agree among themselves as to the timing and content of discovery. If the parties are unable to agree, discovery must be conducted in accordance with the Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure 26 - 37, in effect as of April 2, 1996, and incorporated by reference.
