(a) 5 AAC 92.025 - 5 AAC 92.053 and 5 AAC 92.067 apply to nontransferable permits issued by the department for possessing or taking game, and to conditions and procedures for permit hunts. 5 AAC 92.065 - 5 AAC 92.066 apply to permits for access to state game sanctuaries.
(b) No person may falsify any fact on an application, affidavit, permit, or report form required by the permit or by 5 AAC 92.020 - 5 AAC 92.067. A required report must be made in accordance with the instructions on the permit, and must be submitted to the department before, or upon, expiration of the permit, unless otherwise specified.
