5 AAC 39.685. Operation of other gear for Bering Sea/Aleutian Islands IFQ crab fisheries.

Persons and vessels participating in the Bering Sealeutian Islands IFQ crab fisheries are exempt from the requirements specified in 5 AAC 34.053(1) , 5 AAC 35.053(1) , and 5 AAC 34.628.
