5 AAC 36.010. Description of International Water Area

The International Water Area includes all waters outside the exclusive economic zone. For the purpose of this section, "exclusive economic zone" means all waters seaward to a boundary line drawn in such a manner that each point on the line is 200 nautical miles from the baseline from which the territorial sea is measured.
