(a) During the period July 1 - October 31, herring may not be taken in waters described in 5 AAC 18.350 and 5 AAC 39.290.
(b) During the commercial herring sac roe fishing season, herring may not be taken in the waters of Womens Bay enclosed by a line from Shannon's Point (57ΓΈ 43.80' N. lat., 152ΓΈ 31.60' W. long.) to Nymans Peninsula (57ΓΈ 43.30' N. lat., 152ΓΈ 31.40' W. long.).
(c) During the period from April 15 through June 30, or later if the season is extended by emergency order, herring may not be taken in the waters of Brown's Lagoon.
(d) During the period from April 15 through June 30, herring may not be taken in the following waters of Uganik Island:
(1) south and west of a line from 57ΓΈ 51.10' N. lat., 153ΓΈ 13.53' W. long. to 57ΓΈ 52.12' N. lat., 153ΓΈ 15.00' W. long.;
(2) north of a line from 57ΓΈ 49.37' N. lat., 153ΓΈ 17.65' W. long. to 57ΓΈ 49.47' N. lat., 153ΓΈ 19.30' W. long.;
(3) east of a line from 57ΓΈ 50.85' N. lat., 153ΓΈ 19.18' W. long. to 57ΓΈ 50.07' N. lat., 153ΓΈ 19.18' W. long.
