(a) Herring may be taken in the Central District only during periods established by emergency order as provided in 5 AAC 27.409.
(1) repealed 4/7/93;

(b) Herring may be taken in the Kamishak Bay District from April 15 through June 30 only during periods established by emergency order.
(c) There is no open commercial fishing season for herring in the Eastern, Outer, and Southern Districts.
