5 AAC 11.371. Registration

An Atka-Amlia Islands Area seine and setnet permit holder shall register himself or herself and each vessel that the permit holder will use by contacting a department area management biologist in Dutch Harbor, Cold Bay, Sand Point, or other place specified by the department, at least 48 hours before the season opens or before beginning commercial fishing.
