5 AAC 01.325. Waters closed to subsistence fishing

(a) Except for the western shore of the Newhalen River, waters within 300 feet of a stream mouth used by salmon are closed to the subsistence taking of fish.

(b) Unless otherwise specified in 5 AAC 01.320, gillnets are prohibited in all waters of the Naknek River drainage upstream of Savonaski, from June 1 - October 1.

(c) Subsistence fishing with nets is prohibited in the following waters and within one-fourth mile of the terminus of those waters during the period from September 1 through June 14:

Pete Andrew Creek

Zacker Creek

Newhalen River

Roadhouse Creek

Alexi Creek
